Data provided through contact forms
When the user fills in the forms on the site, the following may be collected, depending on the service used:
- first and last name;
- company;
- email address;
- phone number;
- area of interest;
- description of the project or request;
- any other information voluntarily entered by the user.
Attachments
The user may voluntarily send documents and files related to their request, including PDFs, images, technical drawings, CAD files or other documents.
Please do not include personal data in attachments unless it is necessary to assess the request.
Booking a call
When booking a call, the data needed to manage the appointment may be processed, such as name, contact details, information about the request and the selected date and time.
Statistical data
With the user's consent, the site may use Google Analytics 4 to collect statistical information about how the site is used.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Data is processed in order to:
Handle requests
Reply to requests for information, analyse projects and technical requests, prepare possible proposals and manage communications prior to starting a collaboration.
Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject.
Booking and managing calls
Organise the appointments requested by the user and the related communications.

Site security and operation
Ensure security, availability, abuse prevention and the proper operation of the infrastructure.
Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest in the security of its systems.
Legal obligations
Comply with any administrative, tax or accounting obligations or those arising from applicable law.

Measure traffic, page usage and site conversions through Google Analytics.

4. Nature of data provision
The data marked as mandatory in the forms is necessary to handle the request.
Failure to provide it may make it impossible to reply or proceed with the booking.
All other data is optional.

Data is processed using IT and electronic tools, adopting technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the information processed.
Access to data is limited to persons who need it to carry out their duties.
6. Suppliers and recipients
To deliver the site and its services, Tecnamind may use technology suppliers that process data on behalf of the controller, including:
- hosting and cloud infrastructure;
- database and storage;
- email delivery services;
- analytics;
- technical services required for the site to operate.
The current infrastructure may use DigitalOcean, Supabase, Resend and, subject to consent for statistical purposes, Google Analytics 4.
Data is not sold or transferred to third parties for their own commercial purposes.
7. International transfers
Some technology suppliers may involve the processing of data outside the European Economic Area.
Where necessary, such transfers take place through the tools provided by applicable law, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
8. Retention
Requests that do not lead to a collaboration are kept for the time needed to handle them and, as a rule, no longer than 12 months from the last communication, unless specific needs arise.
Where a request leads to a professional relationship, the data and documentation may be kept for the entire duration of the relationship and afterwards for the period needed to comply with legal obligations and protect the controller's rights.
Analytics data is retained according to the settings configured in the relevant Google Analytics property.
9. Rights of the data subject
In the cases provided for by law, the data subject may exercise the rights of:
- access;
- rectification;
- erasure;
- restriction of processing;
- objection;
- portability;
- withdrawal of consent, where processing is based on consent.
